You want energy? Hydrate.
You want focus? Hydrate.
You want skin that doesn’t look like cracked cement? You know the drill.

See, your brain is about 75% water. That means when you skip sippin’, you’re basically running Windows 95 in a MacBook world. Foggy thoughts, mood swings, headaches, low energy — all signs your engine’s running dry.
