At Krowbar Supplements, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning items and requesting refunds in compliance with South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) regulations.
By purchasing from our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused & Unopened – The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.
✔ Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
✔ Return Period – Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplements unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refund & Exchange Process
If you meet the return conditions, follow these steps:
🔹 Step 1: Contact us at hq@krowbar.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
🔹 Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔹 Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange approval.
🔹 Step 4: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days or we will arrange an exchange if requested.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hq@krowbar.co.za with:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
❌ Opened or used supplements (for health and safety reasons)
❌ Gift cards & promotional items
❌ Products purchased from third-party retailers (Only products bought directly from www.krowbar.co.za are covered by this policy)
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at hq@krowbar.co.za for assistance.
6. Changes to This Policy
Krowbar Supplements reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
