At Krowbar, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refunds guidelines below.


📅 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original sealed packaging

  • In the same condition as received

⚠️ Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

 

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or unsealed supplements

  • Perishable items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Free gifts or promotional items

 

📦 3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours.

Please include:
📸 Clear photos of the issue
📝 A brief description
#️⃣ Your order number

We will replace the product, issue store credit, or refund where applicable.

 

💳 4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to:

  • Your original payment method, or

  • Store credit (on request)

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

 

📮 5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If Krowbar made an error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover replacement or return shipping costs.

 

❌ 6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a standard return.

 

🔁 7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
You may return an eligible item and place a new order.
